Chicago jigsaw

Tilting footplate (0 to 45°) Weight: 4.45 pounds

Chicago brand jigsaw.     This is another Chicago brand power tool that I don't have an extensive history with. I've owned this jigsaw for over two years but have only used it a total of three times. I got it on sale at Harbor Freight for $19.95 and it was the price that motivated me to buy it more than anything else. A jigsaw is sort of like a chainsaw in a way. It's one of those tools that you might only need once or twice a year but when you need it, you really need it because no other tool will work in it's place. I used this one to cut some ornamental lattice work in a crude gate I made one day for my little garden in the front yard.
